Petra stands as a seasoned professional with an impressive array of accomplishments and expertise. As a Certified Project Manager and Certified Project Management Coach/trainer/mentor, she holds distinguished recognition from the esteemed Project Management Institute (PMI) USA. Her academic prowess is highlighted by the recent admission at Makerere University to pursue her Doctorate (PhD), a Master’s in Management Studies, a Post Graduate degree in Project Planning & Management, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Quantitative Economics.

Petra’s reach extends globally, as evidenced by her engagement as a facilitator in peer mentoring workshops, in conjunction with Trinity Church, New York, and its partners across Africa, lead facilitator in Resource Mobilization and Risk Management for Deutsche WelthungerHilfe E V’s five implementing partners, facilitator for Uganda Management Institute- USEEP training for Headteachers and Deputy Head teachers programs in Butelajja and Wanyange clusters, have granted her invaluable cross-cultural insights and experiences. Petra spearheaded the development of four integral modules used by leaders of the Anglican Church in Africa, amplifying the church’s pursuit of financial sustainability. With a profound commitment to her field, Petra continues to contribute her expertise, leaving an indelible mark on the world of project management, project monitoring and evaluation and beyond.

Petra steers the ship with dedication. Her responsibilities span from cultivating and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, to offering invaluable strategic planning insights to the CBMI board. With a headquarters based in Uganda, Petra’s leadership resonates across borders.

With over 15 years of experience, Petra’s journey through the dynamic landscape of project planning and management is commendable. Her expertise encompasses the entire spectrum, including development and financial appraisals using various financial models, feasibility studies, business planning, project design, procurement management, project monitoring and evaluation, and sustainable development strategies. This breadth of knowledge has been honed through collaborations with esteemed institutions both within Uganda and beyond. Her role as an Associate Consultant at Uganda Management Institute, visiting lecturer at Ndejje University which is an Anglican Church founded university, and involvement with Anglican churches in Africa, including notable entities like the Zambian Anglican Council – Lusaka, Anglican   Diocese of Rumonge  in Burundi, Anglican Diocese of Central Tanganyika, Anglican Diocese of Machakos – Kenya, Anglican Diocese of Butere – Kenya, Anglican Diocese of Northern Malawi, Anglican Diocese of Dar-es-salaam – Tanzania, Anglican Diocese of Tanga – Tanzania, Anglican

In her role as CEO of the Church Business Management Institute (CBMI), she has fortified her expertise through partnerships with the Diocese of Yei – South Sudan, the Episcopal Church of Sudan – Juba, the Anglican Diocese of Mount Kilimanjaro – Tanzania, the Anglican Diocese of Tabora – Tanzania, the Anglican Province of Congo, the Anglican Province of Tanzania, the Anglican Province of West Africa – Ghana, the Anglican Province of Muyinga – Burundi, and many others.
