Moses is a seasoned real estate consultant with an impressive array of accomplishments and expertise. As a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors UK, He holds an MBA and a BSC Urban and Regional Planning from Makerere University Kampala.
Moses sits on the board of Governors for the Real Estate Institute of East Africa (REIEA) and a Guest Corporate Real Estate Lecturer at the same Institute, Moses also sits on the Board of Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda (AREA) in charge of Education.
Moses is a Non-Executive Director and Southgate Properties Limited and has been Retained by Bible Society of Uganda as a Real Estate Advisor to deliver the USD 8 Million project.
In his role as Director Real Estate at the Church Business Management Institute (CBMI), Moses is in charge of Strategic Real Estate advisory across the real estate investment value chain ranging from project feasibility studies, corporate finance, design, tender, project management, and facilities management to active asset.
With over 17 years of experience, Moses’s journey through real estate investment eco system brings on board skills in development appraisal, feasibility studies, business planning, project design, REITs, financial modeling, valuation, Proptech, EPC procurement management, project monitoring and evaluation, Facilities and Property Management, building condition audits, and ESG strategies.
Moses has undertaken work in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, DRC Congo, Zambia, South Sudan and South Africa.
Moses is also the Managing Director of Broll Uganda Limited a real estate services business offering Valuation, Agency, Property and facilities Management, Capital Markets, Research, Occupier services and Proptech.
Moses has spoken at various real estate regional conferences the latest being the East African Property Investment Conference EAPI 2023.
